We make redaction, pattern matching, and common metadata scans concrete—and state what still needs human judgment.
Use opaque covers for sensitive data
Mosaic and blur reduce visibility; they do not make recovery impossible. Use solid blocks for IDs, addresses, and keys, then reopen the export to inspect it.
Rules are not semantic understanding
The text tool detects common number shapes without judging truth or context. Addresses, nicknames, amounts, and internal codes need custom terms and manual review.
A scan is not proof of safety
Share Check covers common file blocks only. No match does not prove zero metadata and cannot replace an organization’s confidentiality or forensic process.
